Each apartment is equipped with:

Visits from friends and relatives are permitted upon prior notification.
Visitors must not stay overnight.
Quiet hours: from midnight until 8 a.m. and from 2 p.m. until 4 p.m.
Please do not rearrange the furniture inside the apartment
Overnight stays
ARRIVALS / DEPARTURES:
Bookings are accepted on every day of the week for a minimum stay of 4 nights.
THE APARTMENT is reserved from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival to 9 a.m. on the day of departure.
CHECK-IN between 3 p.m. and 7 p.m. or by prior arrangement.
CHECK-OUT at 9 a.m.
FINAL CLEANING Wee may retain the deposit we ask you for, depending on the state of cleanliness of the apartment and any breakage of furniture items.
For stays less than 6 nights there will be an additional cost of € 80.00.
Not suitable for guests with motor disabilities.
Rental conditions
The advance payment must be made after receiving our confirmation by email.
An ADVANCE PAYMENT of 20% must be made by bank transfer to the following account in order to confirm your booking

20% on confirmation of booking. In case of failure to pay the 20% deposit within 7 days of confirmation, the reservation will be canceled.
In case of cancellation, cancellation or non-presentation the amounts paid as a deposit will not be refunded.
The balance must be paid in cash or by credit card on the day of arrival, or transferred by bank transfer a few days before arrival.
THE AMOUNT due for the entire booking period must be paid even if you arrive late or depart early.
On the day of your arrival, we will ask you to pay
- the remaining balance either by cash, credit card or bank transfer
- CITY TAX amounting to € 1,00/person/night (amount may vary)
a DEPOSIT of €200.00 for the keys, refundable upon departure.
